Badges

Create badges and assign them to users.

Ranks & Permissions

Create ranks, pick their colors, drag them into hierarchy order, and choose what each one can do. Higher ranks can manage lower ones.

Staff ranks

Top is highest. Drag the handle (or use the arrows) to change the hierarchy. Council and above count as staff.

    Donator tiers

    Paid ranks. Order sets the display order on the Users page. Prices and duration are under Donators.

      Create a rank

      New staff ranks go to the bottom of the hierarchy. Drag them where you want afterwards.

      Permission matrix

      Every action on the site is checked against a permission, never against a rank name. Admin always has everything. Individual users can also be given overrides from Manage User.

      Create a permission

      Adds a new row to the matrix. The key is what the backend checks, for example paste.export.

      Tiers, perks, expiry rules, gifts, promo codes, and everyone currently supporting Corkbin.

      Tiers

      Price, sale price, and how long a purchase lasts. Perks for each tier are set in the Ranks & Permissions matrix.

      Automation

      What happens on its own once the backend is running.

      Downgrade on expiry
      Remove the tier and its perks when time runs out.
      In-app reminder
      Send a bell notification before a tier expires.
      Stack purchases
      Buying again adds time instead of replacing it.
      Auto-grant Donator badge
      Show a badge on profiles while active.
      Donator wall
      List active donators on the Upgrades page.
      Keep name color after expiry
      Let them keep their chosen color after the tier ends.
